We hired Cazan Design Group to help us renovate our North York bungalow.  We knew we wanted to open up our space, but beyond that we were lost.  Luana guided us every step of the way, from letting us know what our layout options were, to finding us a great contractor and helping us find the perfect finishes within our budget.  On top of being a skilled architect and designer, Luana is thoughtful, calm, and thorough.  Luana advised us on where the best places were to spend our money and did not let us spend excessively on things that would not add value.  We are so happy with our new space!  It was such a pleasure to work with Luana and we highly recommend her.

We hired Luana to help with the renovations of our new home. Having never worked with a designer I didn't know what to expect. Luana was professional and experienced which made a stressful renovation less stressful. I literally gave birth a couple weeks after the renovations started and didn't have the time to give the house my full attention. Luana worked with the builders, trades and suppliers directly.
